certo jelly recipes sugar
i substituted fructose for sugar in a jelly recipe…it didn’t set. Can I save it? (has 2 boxes of pectin)

the fireweed jelly is runny. should I start over and add sugar and more everything? should I reboil the jelly with certo or other gelling agent?

If it tastes fine you might be better off to just freeze it.
You could also try to reheat and add certo, but that could affect the flavor.
I use a pectin called Pomona’s Universal Pectin. It uses calcium water to help it set so you can use low sugar or honey.
