hot pepper jelly without pectin added recipe search?
hellooo, i’m a newbie to canning, and would like some easy recipes for apples, and also i am seeking a good hot pepper jelly that doesn’t call for the use of added pectins,,,is it possible to can sweets without it? thank you in advance, any links are greatly appreciated..oh, and some luck, lol.
I have always used pectin for jams and jelly. Maybe you can do a google and see if there is such a thing.
