does anyone have any good recipes for persimmons?
I have a persimmon tree (the kind that are no good unless they are mush) and dont know what to do with the fruit. I have made some jellies and jams, but does anyone else have any good recipes for the fruit?

yes i do indeed lol family tradition…
2 cups of pulp
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 3/4 cups of milk
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of allspice
1 tsp of cinnamon
4 tablespoons of butter REAL BUTTER!
preheat oven to 300 and put your 4 tablespoons of butter in a baking pan put pan in oven while preparing other things.. sift all dry ingredients together in a bowl then mix milk,eggs, and persimmon together then blend with a mixer all together take pan out of oven pour melted butter into bowl with combination mix all together again then pour into baking pan bake for 1 hour at 300 u can make 2 pans if u want it thin if thick then 1 or 1 1/2 hope u like it I LOVE IT!!!
