raspberry jam recipes pectin
Does anyone have a raspberry jam recipe?

Im looking for one that uses pectin and is cooked and then processed at the end. Or will it actually set without pectin?

Ingredients:

2 cups very ripe rasberrues
1/2-3/4 cup sugar (depends on how sweet you like it)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water

Directions:

Mash rasberries to desired consistency in a pot. Less mashing for chunky jam and more mashing for smooth jam. Add sugar, and stir. In a separate container, combine cornstarch & water, and stir until cornstarch disolves. Add cornstarch mixture to rasberries, and bring to heavy boil. Let boil for at least a minute, then reduce heat to low boil, and stir every 30 seconds or so for at least 6 minutes. Pour into container of choice and refrigerate.

This is so easy & so incredibly delicious!
