easy recipes you like to make?
I am 13 and love cooking I am really bored and want to cook something so what easy recipes do you like making!
ingredients I have so far?
bananas
beef and ham stock cubes
butter
margarine
egg
pineapple
desiccated coconut
caster sugar
strawberry jam
milk
I am going shopping later with my mum when she gets home so I can get other ingredients that I might need when I am out!
oh and I also have flour
banana bread is easy
victoria sponge cake is VERY easy – in oz the recipie i use is 6oz of self raising flour, sugar and butter a flat teaspoon of baking powder and 3 eggs, mixed together for no more than 2 mins with a hand held blender – put a tin, cooked for 20 mins on 180c or gas oven 4-5
test it – make sure the cakes comming away from the sides once cooked
take it out then let it cool – strawberry jam in the middle of the 2 halfs – butter icing on top – knob of butter , icing sugar and milk NOT WATER!!!! mix together bung on top – never goes wrong for me and i sell cakes

i also like make with stock cubes either soup (pea and ham) or risotto but that might be a little hard
