SUGAR elderberry jelly?
Does anyone have a sugar free elderberry jelly recipe? I am diabetic and can not use sugar in recipes. I'm thinking with Splenda, Splenda but not very well tolerated and do not want the taste after some of the other sweeteners. There is some suggestions on what can be used without the taste then? I would appreciate any / all serious answers and not sarcastic either. I can not be diabetic! Thank you so much for helping in advance.
Maybe you should go to one of the medical forums / diabetic which have a better chance of getting great ideas others with the same problem. Google is a start. All the best with your mission.
